At depuffco, we stand behind the Sculpt Brush with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your results, we'll make it right — no complicated hoops.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund. Just email us at team.support1232@gmail.com and let us know it wasn't right for you.

Because the Sculpt Brush is a personal-care item used directly on the skin, we don't ask you to ship a used brush back to us — for hygiene reasons, you can keep it. Once your request is approved, we'll refund your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email team.support1232@gmail.com right away (a photo helps) and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

How refunds work
Once we've approved your request, your refund goes back to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days to show on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still don't see it, email team.support1232@gmail.com.

Exchanges
Want a different pack size? The fastest way is to request a refund on your current order and place a new order for the pack you'd like.

Non-refundable items
Gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in line with EU consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at team.support1232@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
